Born in Minas Gerais, Sergio Santos is one of the most important composers and singers of the new generation of Brazilian music. His CD “Mulato” incorporates a great influence of the authentic Brazilian culture expressed in his original compositions. His songs have an interesting rhythmic structure, especially on solos, doubling voice, guitar, and winds. Besides a special voice tone, Sergio Santos exhibits a great inspiration as an arranger of his own songs.
